Andrew Hook

Andrew is a chartered accountant, licensed insolvency practitioner, and a member of the IPA’s (Insolvency Practitioner Association) regulatory committee. With over 15 years of experience in the insolvency industry, Andrew regularly helps company directors understand their options when faced with insolvency.

Andrew specialises in restructuring, corporate and personal insolvency, working with clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular speciality in retail, construction, e-commerce, care homes and other CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulated entities. He also works closely with management teams and HMRC to successfully negotiate time to pay arrangements and stabilise distressed businesses.
