Bai Cham

Bai is a licenced Insolvency Practitioner with more than 16 years’ experience in the insolvency industry. He began his career in audit before moving into insolvency where he now takes appointments in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvencies.

Bai has a wide range of experience advising owner managed businesses in financial distress and has worked with directors, shareholders, creditors, and financial institutions across a range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, retail etc.

Bai has particular expertise in dealing with tax avoidance schemes especially those involving disguised remuneration and has recently acted as liquidator on a number of insolvencies arising out of failed tax avoidance schemes.
