Darren is a licensed insolvency practitioner and member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA). Darren has a wealth of experience in all types of corporate and personal insolvency procedures including administrations, solvent and insolvent liquidations, bankruptcies and voluntary arrangements. He regularly advises directors, individuals, and other key stakeholders through the complexities of formal insolvency engagements, as well as undertaking advisory work and business reviews for companies and individuals in distressed situations.

Darren’s extensive experience covers a wide range of sectors including construction, retail, leisure, healthcare and financial services. His portfolio includes the trading administration of an EFL member football club, the handling of a complex sale of a group of elderly care residential homes, and the administration of a social networking music site in multiple jurisdictions.
