David Birne

David qualified as a chartered accountant 1992 and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1999. David now has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with corporate restructuring and formal insolvency proceedings. Throughout this time, he has worked on assignments ranging from small owner managed businesses to larger companies with multi-million pound turnovers.

As well as taking formal appointments for solvent and insolvent liquidations, CVAs, administrations, and bankruptcy assignments, David’s skills also extend to advising lenders and creditors on matters of financial recovery tactics following insolvency.
