David Marks

David has almost 30 years’ experience in the insolvency industry. Throughout his career, David has worked with distressed companies across a wide variety of sectors, including property, leisure, professional services and retail. 

He has worked on all types of insolvency processes, including trading and non-trading administrations, receiverships, insolvent liquidations and bankruptcies. In addition, he is happy to approach the more esoteric types of formal and informal work such as contentious investigations, solvent reconstructions and offshore work in order to provide clients with focused and innovative solutions.
