Iman Khawari

Iman is part of the Contentious Insolvency Division at BTG Begbies Traynor, dealing with a wide range of complex investigations, litigation, and asset tracing in the UK and other jurisdictions.

Iman takes a commercial approach to the recovery of assets for the benefit of creditors and has substantial experience in investigating the affairs of insolvent estates, formulating claims, bringing legal proceedings, engaging in dispute resolution procedures, and seeking enforcement.

Iman is CPI qualified and holds a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics.
