Jason Maloney

Jason Maloney has almost 20 years of experience working in the insolvency industry. He has been involved in a diverse range of corporate insolvency assignments including trading administrations and both voluntary and compulsory liquidations.

Recent cases he has led on include dealing with entities that are subject to FCA oversight and authorisation, including a finance provider for car loans, credit unions, and an insurance broker. Jason also has considerable experience of dealing with property related insolvencies from working on insolvency assignments arising from the purchasers of distressed debt, including NAMA.
