Joanne Wild

Joanne is a solicitor (Scotland and Gibraltar) and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Joanne specialises in contentious, cross border insolvency and has worked on several multimillion-pound frauds, including those related to offshore funds, cryptocurrency and embezzlement of client monies. She has managed the administration of an experienced investor fund, assisted with various receiverships of investment vehicles and worked on high profile bankruptcies.

She has particular expertise in litigation and litigation management, having obtained freezing injunctions and other interim relief as a practicing solicitor in her own right, and has instructed many international and offshore law firms to act in cases involving antecedent transactions, declaratory relief, claims against third parties and global asset recovery in EMEA, the Caribbean, Russia and the Channel Islands.
