Lee De'ath

Lee is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the insolvency industry. Lee is experienced in working with directors, shareholders, creditors, banks and other financiers in a wide range of formal and informal restructuring and insolvency assignments across as variety of business sectors.

Lee also works with business owners looking to extract accrued wealth from their businesses through an orderly winding up, and large multi-national companies who are looking to simplify corporate structures. Lee is a member of the Association of Business Professionals, R3 Eastern Region committee, as well as a member of the ICAEW’s Insolvency and Rescue Group.
