Simon has over 40 years' corporate restructuring and insolvency experience across a wide range of industry sectors. Simon also has vast experience in all aspects of personal insolvency.

Throughout his career, Simon has gathered extensive experience in complex administrations, Law of Property Act (LPA) receiverships, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs).He previously served as a member of the R3 General Technical Committee and as the examiner of the ‘rescue’ paper for the JIEB exam.
