His main motive is always to identify those options that can be delivered outside a formal insolvency process where possible. Martin specialises in advising businesses and their stakeholders as they navigate through the impacts of refinancing challenges linked to facility maturity, financial under-performance or more formal strategic activity to support growth and capital withdrawal.
